The Velbon CX-540 tripod is suggested for use with a camera. This tripod is constructed of aluminum, making it both lightweight and durable. With this pan head tripod, the user can obtain a wider view with greater detail for photos. This Velbon tripod has leg braces in place for stability, and it also contains a geared centre column with a crank. With the head being fixed, this pan head tripod does not tether side to side and is capable of tilting. A quick-release plate and built-in bubble level aid in the precision of capturing the desired image on this Velbon tripod. The quick-release plate also helps to break down the tripod quickly. The Velbon CX-540 tripod offers a maximum height when fully extended of 152 cm (59.84 inches), and a minimum height of 55.5 cm (21.85 inches) when collapsed. The maximum load capacity for this Velbon tripod is 3 kg (6.61 lbs), and it weighs just 1.5 kg (3.31 lbs).
