It's a fairly old Zvezda kit but I think it's still worth building. The tracks need to be replaced in my opinion but some modellers are probably happy with the vinyl tracks. I had a spare set of tamiya link and length tracks which fitted the Zvezda drive sprockets fine, and I could add the prominent track sag. The rear tow cables are not included but are pretty easy to add. The Dshk MG is missing the ammo box, so I left the whole thing off. Reviews of the kit say that the lower hull, running gear dimensions are more accurate than the Dragon kit. The Tamiya kit is better but twice as expensive. More decal options would've been nice but you get a Berlin 1945 one so it's OK. Maybe Zvezda will retool this kit, their new T34, SU kits are really nice so maybe they will.
In summary, a cheap, easy to build kit that looks good with some new tracks and minor upgrades. I've built a few of these kits over the years and have always enjoyed them.
My first time with a Zvezda model kit and I was a little disappointed. The parts fit is very hit and miss and the tracks are just terrible. I've build mostly Tamiya and Takom kits and have to say they go together much easier. A nice looking model, but just much more effort to get a decent finish.
