Filmed in Sydney at The State Theatre a beautiful old Edwardian venue on 31st October. It s a Greatest Hits tour celebrating her 40th Anniversary in showbiz, and includes some new material (including a song written for her, when she was in Evita, by Dustin Hoffman & Bette Midler that she s never performed before) together with all her West End / Broadway hits. She also tells anecdotes from her career, and performs a number of the songs in costume. This is the first time she s been filmed in concert since 1991. Elaine Paige OBE is an English singer and actress best known for her work in musical theatre. She made her first professional appearance on stage in 1964 and her appearance in the 1968 production of Hair marked her West End debut.
