I have been using this workout for about six weeks now and am loving it. Like a Suzanne Bowen workouts, this is a tough workout incorporating some barre elements. Suzanne's instructions are very clear and precise. It is broken down into 5 10 minute segments so easy to break the workout down and do as much or as little as you want in the time available. I find the DVD to be very motivating and enjoyable and feel that I have developed in terms of strength and muscle tone. Also, it's incredible value for money.

Excellent exercise DVD split into convenient 10 minute sections. Easily used and adapted to suit needs. Starts of easier and gets harder. Well thought out and put together. Would highly recommend.
