I already had this DVD but I bought it again for my sister. This is because there are a number of short workouts on it that take for example, 10 minutes, or even 4 minutes! This makes it more likely that you will do some exercise than if your workout is an hour long. Because an hour's workout is great but you don't always have the time (or the inclination) to do it. And as Rosemary herself says, "Anything you do is better than nothing". She's right! My sister was putting off doing her Davina exercise DVD because she felt she had to do the whole thing from start to finish. With the Rosemary one you can fit in some exercise in much less time. And there's really no excuse for not doing a FOUR MINUTE exercise routine! Also there are some inspirational real life stories on this DVD.
The exercises aren't that strenuous really, so if you're super-fit it might not be for you. But as a middle-aged person I am increasingly finding that doing a one-off Davina workout leaves me unable to work the next day, because I feel like I've been run over by a truck. So while I don't rule them out, it's better for me sometimes to do Rosemary's 10-minute whole-body toning floor session.
