A boy named Bruno found a way to a concentration camp. He met a young boy his own age and they became friends. Bruno would take food and games to play. Bruno’s father was a Somercomando who was very strict. His mother was upset about things that were happening by her husband. Bruno and his young Jewish friend hatched a plan. Bruno wanted to go in the camp to help find the boys father. The boy met him the next day with an extra pair of striped pyjamas. Bruno put them on and dug a hole under the wire entering the Concentration Camp. Suddenly all the men and boys were ushered in to a room and had to strip. The room was packed. Meanwhile Bruno’s mother and daughter were looking for Bruno. His father joined the search. His clothes were found by the fence. His mother collapsed and his father ran to enter the camp but was too late as his son died in the gas chamber.
