I have tried to find good qigong dvds for a while, not that easy! This one is very well made and allows you to grasp the basis of qigong. I also like the fact that you can easily choose between different versions of the same routine so that once you have managed to master the versions with the full explanations of the exercises, you can just select the version where all you need is some relaxing background music and no voices to distract your experience.
