Heats very well, but also smells a lot as well!
The item is considerably larger than other similar branded oil-filled radiators. I could say that the size is 150% of that of the branded competitors. This is an advantage, as it provides more heating compared to competing radiators. From the other side, it 'is smelling' during its first days of use, while competing products do not smell. This indicates that the product is not tested and perhaps it has lower quality materials, something that may matters, especially if it is to be used in unsupervised rooms with small kids. Overall, it is good for a use in large rooms(12sq.m=120 sq.f.) while competing oil-radiators of the same watts (1500w) are suitable for smaller rooms only.

Bit early to judge
Bit early to judge this as the last months weather has been a wee bit warm but based on initial comments it appears to be ,good value , and quality but only time will tell, I`ve ticked " would you recommend " but its a bit soon after purchase. Based on appearance it looks good in finish and value and it warms up very quickly , sorry that`s the best I can do .

If you require A Worm area, then buy the 1500w 240v Portable Electric oil Radiator Heater, Great.
I thought it would do what we required, & it has been great & heats up quite a large room, now that the cold weather is here, plus some great frosts firstthing in the morning, so on goes our 1500w 240vPortable Electric Oil Radiator, we are nice & worm now.

I've used alot of oil filled radiators and this Ultra Max is an exception. Amazing heat for being a 7 fin. Heats the room up to a very nice cosy feeling. I have a 9 fin for my kitchen which is around 16m2 and it's amazing. Would recommend this brand to anyone.
