From close up, the visitor is disarmingly surprised by the sculpture: its winding pathways are made of differently sloped stairs, which can be explored on foot. Tiger & Turtle is the prize-winning design from an international competition for a landmark for the Heinrich Hildebrand Heights. Along with the winning design, the catalogue also presents the very interesting submissions by artists Rita McBride, Michael Sailstorfer, and Stephen Craig.
