Looks well made. Drilling and grinding out the original rivets was a task and not something that could be done in situ, so the suspension arm had to come off, something I'd hoped to avoid by buying these bolted items. They are considerably thicker, by about a third, than the original items so that the two pressed steel elements of the suspension arm have to be spread to allow the joint flange access. I don't know if it is permissable for the flange to sit above, or below the arm pressings, but on balance I felt it better to replicate, as nearly as possible, the original. The car passed the MOT, so it works. I probably wouldn't take this route again. The arm has to come off and a replacement arm with joint is not that expensive.
