I like this product and would recommend it for anyone who likes the benefits of pycnogenol (French maritime pine bark extract) such as an increase in sperm count and improved sperm morphology. This product contains pine bark extract from two different species of pine and also includes citrus bioflavinoids. Hasn’t been as effective as my previous brand
Ordered this because my usual brand was unavailable and it says it definitely contains maritime pine extract, rather than ‘pine extract’ which isn’t necessarily the ideal source of pycnogenol.
