Have bought this product before and had good results. best to buy in the quantity you need and use it as quickly as you can as it doesn't last long in the tin once opened also gets a bit sticky on the brush if you are using it on a large area so try and work quickly with it , but overall it does what it says and would recommend it.

I thought I'd ordered standard size pots of paint because the price was what I would expect to pay for 750 ml pots. The pots were actually 250 ml, so VERY BAD VALUE. I won't be caught out like that again, I'll go to a shop rather than buy on the internet. Total waste of time and money, very annoying. I've never seen such small pots of stainblock.

Used two coats to cocer a stubborn stain on a white emulsioned wall. Woks very well but I given 4*s as this is a oil based paint wheas other brands I have used in the past have been water based and did an equally good job. Otherwise very pleased with its oveall performance

I have used this for two separate black mould stain events due to damp penetrating from behind a wall. The external defect was first fixed and having first bleached the stain to kill the active mould and allowed the wall to dry thoroughly, the residual black colouring was entirely covered and sealed with the stain block: there has been no recurrence over a period of several years. Where surface condensation was the problem drying and bleaching followed by Stain Block has been entirely successful whereas emulsion painting over after the bleach/ dry process alone failed. It works and works very well.
