Wonderful pain killer ....
I don't leave reviews often but this product deserves one. Excellent pain killer. I bought it specifically for lingering aches after breaking a bone in my foot. Amazing, immediate results. I use it on every ache and pain (and I have a lot because I'm old!) People complain it strings. It does if too much is used. Others complain it causes rash. It does if too much is used. Use it very, very sparingly, especially in the beginning. Use a glove to apply it. It's uncomfortable if it gets near the eyes or other tender spot even hours after application. It doesn't wash off like other products. It also heats up if the area gets warm or hot many hours after application - eg in the shower or during the night or on a warm summer day. I often wake to find that a treated area suddenly spikes heat, but for me that's good because I like the long lasting effect. Doesn't need to be used more than once a day in my opinion, although I have been known to use it twice. That's all folks!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Soothing for aches and pains but can cause a rash like sunburn if you use too much at once!

Do not buy this
The packaging is in a foreign language. It has minimal instructions in English. It reacted badly on my skin. I came out in a rash. It left an unpleasant burning sensation. Works faster than Capsaicin/Zacin, which fires off when it 'detects' the time has come. This gets to work almost immediately, intensifying as your nerve endings heat up (eg if excercising.) Fantastic stuff ! ! I have tried tried various creams and rubs over the years for muscle knots and strains and this just knocks the spots off them all without a doubt. CAUTION - this stuff is hot unlike the others so Gently does it until you are familiar with it. It is advisable for whoever applies the cream to where a disposable glove.
