The TOTMC works good
I hooked up the TOTMC to windows 7 and had no trouble. I was digitizing some old VHS tapes that I didnt want to deteriorate. The device is great for the price (about 20 dollars). My only negative is that the video captured as MPG2 instead of MPG4. and the capture software is a little dated but it does work fine,Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

works great, use vlc free to capture
works great, but the software seems to be a problem some times. just use other free updated software. vlc works great as capture better option. so use the driver from the cd, but capture with vlc free or something else.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
