Not happy
Product was different to the one in the picture the picture showen it had no cable but a charger. They sent one with a cable wich I didn't want. they side that it was in the review. Also it cuts out out on various settings when it got warm. They wanted me to take a video of it cutting out. A Very Good Product
This product is very good in that it delivers precisely what was advertised. Moreover it was very economically priced when compared to other identical products I viewed when looking for a massager. I do think that it should come with a longer wire as it cannot really be used without an extension lead and this is time consuming. The wire is only about two metres long although again, this was as it was described on the advertising "blurb" that was used to describe the product. Also, there is no way that I will use thirty different speeds. So,the manufacturers could make life more easy for themselves by simplifying the circuitry. Even ten speeds would not realistically be used. Overall, however, this product was good value for money and I would most certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a massager.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Massager
I have sciatica and plantar fasciitis and this massager has really relieved my back and leg pains and when I've been at work, my foot is in absolute agony. This massager on pulse eases my pain so much that I don't have to take as many painkillers. I didn't think it would work as well as it has so I'm writing this review so others with sciatica or plantar fasciitis might read this and try it out. Nice for the price
I bought this as an actual massager. The Mrs and I have a far more expensive version for 'other purposes' and I wanted one to use with clients. (I'm a soft tissue therapist) I knew for the price it wasn't going to be as well built as the expensive model but I was surprised by how good it is. Build wise it obviously has a smaller motor and weighs less than a more substantial model but it still packs plenty of punch. Bear in mind this is mains powered so will beat any battery operated machine hands down. My only concern is how long the motor will last but so far so good and for the price it's excellent. I've seen the various 'toy' site ones and they are 40 or 50 quid in some cases. This is comparable to those. The only one that beats it for build quality is the original Hitachi and the Doxy one. Try getting them for less than £80 never mind £15! If it lasts twelve months for the price you've got a bargain! If it lasts longer you're on to a winner.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Intermittent electrical fault
After purchasing this unit, I switched it on to sample the different series of massage settings. However, the unit switches itself off at random, and has to be re started again. It truly is as intimidating as it looks, big and powerful, soft but pleasant finish on the tip, also, easily removable to make sure you keep it all hygienic, and will get you on your way in no time at all! Okay but very unreliable.
It's just about okay. Compared to the 240v Hitachi, the motor is a tiny 5 volts and the electronics are unreliable. It turns itself off, or chooses another setting on its own and needs to be unplugged to reset the power.
