Ideal for my idea
I had an idea for my son’s birthday cake: half Union Jack and half his partner’s flag. The only way to fulfil it was with roll-out icing, which I’ve never used before (except white). I needed 3 more colours so this order was ideal. There was a gasp when the cake was revealed. Our grandchildren wanted corner pieces or big pieces. The sponge wasn’t weighed down and it kept fresh. All 12 of us enjoyed it very much.
