Check that these are genuine "Cura- Heat" pads.
Generally I like this product as keeps it's heat longer than comparable heat pads. However I think there needs to be be some quality control in place on E bay as the products I received from you I believe were forgeries. The items were not boxed and the inside trim around the pad was of a different colour to the genuine ones I purchase from Boots.

This product does exactly what it says it does I wear one nearly every day due to back injury and I put one on at 5am I wear all day and i sleep with it on as well till I go to work next day at 5 am .some are warmer than others but in the cold weather they help a lot
