Sometimes it works, Sometimes it doesn't -- even after a reboot!
Sometimes the laptop would not recognize it as what it was designed to do. Rather, my system showed it as a CD player! Great Value but I can’t say the same for Quality
I’ve had the usb for about 3-4 weeks. Initially I had trouble connecting but eventually got it to work. It worked fine the first two weeks but now it is spotty. My computer doesn’t recognize the device half the time and the when it does the connection is not consistent. I go back and forth between WiFi and being hard wired. Which is not good because I have to be hard wired for work. So this is not a dependable piece of hardware for me, unfortunately.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works perfectly fine, dont run the program that it pops up

Doesn't always connect
You do get what you pay for. My Windows 10 computer recognizes this device and lets me configure it, but it does not connect to all devices equally. If you want guaranteed connectivity, you should probably pay a bit more.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
