Decent for the price
It's a decent ottomon, especially for the price. There were however problems with the hinges being riveted so tight they wouldn't close even after using WD40. I have therefore not used them at all in the construction, which isn't too much of a problem, as long as you don't just drop the lid when closing it. There was aso a small scratch to the leather on the edge of the top exposing the material underneath, but this was easily covered up using make up. Not ideal, but if you don't know it was there, you wouldn't know.
