There are more vitamins & minerals in this product than some which are a similar price. The levels meet full adult daily recommendations. The only thing I would have liked them to point out is that it contains kelp which is a rich source of Iodine. This is great unless someone has a Thyroid problem as it can stimulate hyperthyroidism. It's very hard to establish the quality of a vitamin tablet. All I can say is that they are smaller than the usual tablet containing the same vitamin data so therefore easier to take which is good for people who have problems swallowing tablets.
