Does exactly what it's suppose to do.
A great product and easy to use. The features are awesome and brewing time is fairly quick. The thermos seals once removed from the unit and keeps the coffee really hot for hours. Also love the fact that the water tank is removable and easy to fill. Hopefully the unit will last for a long time. It's my first Zojirushi coffee maker. Nicest coffee maker I've ever owned
Super easy to operate (no need to even read the manual). Love that the clock stays set (and the timer's time) even if you unplug it. Fits nicely under cabinets since the reservoir is removable and the filter basket swings out. First batch of coffee was a little strange (almost muddy) but every one since has been the perfect temperature (not scalding as others have suggested) and it stays hot for quite a while. Oops, cancel first then start.
This brewer is easy to fill and brew, the pot keeps coffee hot for hours, it's even still quite warm the following morning. There is only one drawback to it and I don't know if it is all of them or just mine. Normally you just have to hit start, when the brew is done the system resets but with ours the reset doesn't work and to start the next time I have to hit cancel and then start or if I want to see the clock I have to hit cancel. A one-week Review
This device is quite good looking. it is not as deep as the Mr Coffee it replaced, and also does not leak daily all over the counter. It brews just a little slower, but compensate by keeping coffee burning hot for at least 6 hours even if not full. The only drawback is minor, and has been reported by other reviewers: at the end of the brew cycle, the system does not reset; in order to start a new brew cycle, one must press Cancel first. I knew this when I bought it, it is true, and the device is still definitely worth it. The manufacturer loses a star for being aware of it and not fixing it. otherwise, I recommend this coffeemaker.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

BEST COFFEE MAKER OUT THERE
I received my coffee pot earlier than expected during the xmas holidays. The coffee pot was bought new and I was kind of shocked of how much better it looks than the picture when taking it out of the box. I immediately filled the reservoir with water & placed the thermal carafe underneath for my first pot. The coffee brewed quickly and tasted better than my kurig that it was replacing. I have had the hamilton beach flex brew, kurig & a cuisnart before this model and I am stunned what I have been missing. The coffee was not only hot and delicious, but it also stayed hot for about 3 hours. I usually do not like to brew coffee more than a cup at a time, because pot coffee pots only burn the coffee while keeping it heated.I do not drink coffee fast so this is a big relief in not wasting any coffee and at keeping it hot for when I want to get a refill. This is a SUPER BUY and I would recommend it to anyone who is tired of dealing with the expensive single serve makers and the pot brewers that only burn the coffee while it sits on the warming plate.
