Best bang for the buck!
This spin cast fishing reel from Abu Garcia is probably the best spin cast reel you can buy at common retail businesses. It's an old design, been around a long time which confirms it's functional utility. For the average fisherperson, this reel will last for years. Now stronger
I have used this model since the 70s. It seems to have stronger gears now. It sits a little high on the rod, may need one with a deeper seat. Quality reel for beginners and experienced alike
I have one that I bought 40 years ago and never had any problems with. My grandkids are starting to show interest in fishing and I wanted a quality reel for them.
