Great ab roller!
Very well made ab roller. I really like the stopper too. You can roll out to the stopper and not worry about being "hung out there". In my opinion this dock makes it a far better setup than the spring assisted rollers. The only thing that would make it better would be improving the grips. IMO they need a bit of a palm swell to make them more comfortable.
