Something new
I got this powder for my first try at kimchi. I'm a bit sheepish to say that, while the cabbage didn't end up as I hoped, I've added the hot pepper to different dishes, and was always happy with the result. I don't know if my description will help anyone but I find this product a bit sweeter than crushed chillies found in normal Tesco's and better to use in certain Eastern European dishes, especially if you want a bit more depth in them. Overall a good product, if a bit pricey.
