I tried this, with rollers, overnight. It seemed to work at first, but within 1 hour of my removing the rollers, my hair was completely flat again, and frizzy at the ends. This may have been due to the hot weather, but I wouldn't recommend it. After all. Summer is when I want to go out and about, looking my best.

nice lotion Iused too much the 1st time. I used twice the amount as I have long hair and the solution was like shampoo when I put it on my hair. Next time I used the normal amount suggested and it was fine.
