Have used D'Addario strings for quite a while on my 12-string acoustic and their phosphor bronze uncoated set are my benchmark because of their superb combination of brightness and fullness of tone. However these will become dull with daily playing relatively rapidly (in ny experience after a week or two) and changing strings on a 12 string is quite a labour intensive process (as anyone who owns one will know). So to coated strings. I feel that these Elixir Nanoweb phosphor bronze strings have the edge on D'Addario's exp coated phosphor bronze ones (which are also very good) because in my experience they seem to retain their freshness for longer and also sound brighter to begin with. I realise this is a subjective opinion but in my view they are the best coated 12 string acoustic strings and worth paying that extra bit for their quality and longevity.
