Great Rod Rest
I bought this because I found that most of the fishing pegs in my area had either hard core or decking so my normal rod rests were no good as you couldn't push them in the ground. These tripods are great I can use them on the hard pegs or ground they also have adjustable legs so if the ground is uneven you can easily get the rest level. It is value for money and ok quality for the price but it sure isn’t perfect. My "Tri-Pods"
These guys are lightweight & adaptable from setting them up as a one or two rod rest (Rod Pod) using one to attach a bait waiter or even support for a "Bivvy Tray" which I made. They come in very handy if you are on a concrete or solid surface. Where there is not much room to for a rod rest, I have the Butt resting on the arm of my chair, the last section whether it is swing tip or quiver resting on one of the tri-pod. Mini tripods used for method feeder rod
