Apollo Turntable shelf
I’ve been using these shelves since 1994. I now have quite a collection of them. I fill mine with sand, and drill the mounting holes out to 7mm (which gives a little tolerance to enable levelling, then use expanding bolts to fit to solid wall. I use Allen bolts which fit easily into the frame. This produces a rigid mounting, I’ve even had heavy AV power amps on them. I use bamboo or acrylic in preference to the glass shelves, that tend to ring, and use sorbethane deflection “Polipods” instead of spikes, to provide isolation. All pictured!
