  • Old booklet, but I'm getting new results with it! Happy!

    Easy to follow, step by step exercise guide with a section for women and one for men. It is an "oldy but goody" as I have had this booklet in the distant past and did well with the exercises in it....now that I'm quite a bit older, I find I can easily adapt the reps and difficulty level to my endurance. A good basic exercise program that doesn't cost a cent to use!

    I owned the original (yes I'm that old). My brother gave it to me; at the time I was over weight and out of shape. I started the simple 5 exercise routine at the bottom and worked my way up. In six months I was in the best condition I had ever been even when in the Marine Corps. WARNING! start at the bottom and only move up when that level is easy.

    I had a copy similar to this book years ago. Mine include aerobic exercises that graduate in endurance over time just like these exercises. I recommend this method of graduating exercises to get in shape and keep in shape. I still do the aerobic exercise of biking. I have been able to maintain the mph that I did in college 48 years ago.
