The JLL CT100 is an elliptical cross trainer which also incorporates an exercise bike, making it the perfect addition to any home gym. It uses a front drive system and a break pad friction resistance type. The cross trainer features an adjustable seat, stationary handles, and adjustable stride length. It incorporates an LCD display and tracks your activity via a speedometer, calorie monitor, heart rate monitor, and timer.

could be better
I got this for my mum and she is only 5.3 in height so when she sits and cycle her arms don't reach handles without over reaching then she feels she will fall off, their is no was to adjust sadle, when you reach forward sadle hurts her private parts, its good value you for money if you are 5.6 or taller, it is well made, cant adjust sadle hence 4*

a good discripition
It's a bit of a fiddly, to put together and the instructions are, nt much help but it is quite straight forward. We had to have a new bolt sent to us but the lady who I spoke to on the phone was please nt and very helpful .We are now using the machine and it does everything it is supposed to do .

Not heavy duty
I wouldn't recommend this machine as it is not heavy duty and when you are doing the cross trainer the bike seat hits your legs, also the hole machine moves and makes noises like it's coming apart but it is very securely tighten, so I don't know why there is so much noise I would recommend you pay a bit more and get a proper machine .

Excellent gross trainer
