Great skin and hair
Sea kelp is excellent for helping to maintain healthy skin and hair aswell as regulating thyroid function. have been usingbit forc12 years now.......initially trying it befause I had a bad outbreak of adult acne in my early 30s!(hoemone changes!) my GP had given me jedication which didn't work so I tried sea kelp,just one tablet per day and akthough for thw first 2 or 3 weeks my skin worsened - perseverence prevailed and my skin cleared up within two months and hav never had another outbreak.
