    New gears as stated, replaces the HSM 108.2 11 tooth gear perfictly...

    This gear fits the HSM 108.2 shredder perfectly. The hardest part is getting to it. Take photos and remove the wires so you have room to work. (The lack of oil and excessive glue build-up on the cutters caused failure.) NOTE: I aligned the cutters the way I thought they should be when installing the gears, but when done, it just made cool-looking Mon-Kiri (Japanese) art. I need help finding information on how to synchronize the cutter blades properly. It is a great seller with fast shipping.
