Need to use cable ties to stop it being pushed off the tap by the water pressure. My tap is oval shaped with a width of 4.5cm. Has been a perfect temporary solution until a new shower is fitted. Used for approximately 6 weeks.

This was the only one I could find that had a large tap connector. The hose support insert restricts the water to the point that the tap connector sprays out. I removed this insert and it improved the situation. The hose is not flexible enough unless hot water runs through it. I only use warm water for hosing the dogs.

I was a little apprehensive when I received it due to others saying it leaked causing problems and would blow off the tap with pressure. At first if you look at the shape of your tap (mine is oval) and fit accordingly it will not come off - a little trial and error with a bit of patience and you will find the right fit. Of course if you push full pressure through the tap it will come off but honestly if you use common sense and turn the tap on slowly it will produce a steady stream enough for my daughter to rinse her flowing locks.

Good quality item, unfortunately I had to return it as it did not fit my mixer tap (my fault for not measuring properly).

There's nothing wrong with this, and it does the job. It's just not a very good fit for the tap on my bath. I think a more flexible/less rigid connector would help the shower attachment to fit more securely to different designs of tap. mine is a more rectangular shape, and the connector looks better suited to round taps.
