Best material for direct replacement
Direct replacement for original hose on a 32 year old car. Original had been damaged and leaked. I thought I would have to cut and join, but this hose was long enough to run from the reservoir to the tee piece supplying the jets. It took less than 5 minutes. If a join is necessary 4mm barbed couplings will work with the internal diameter of this hose. The hose has to flex when the car bonnet is opened and rubber is the most suitable material. Good quality soft rubber hose
Needed for a 2018 Honda Civic as the washer nozzle was defective and I damaged the connecting hose removing it. This is the same spec as Honda ID 4mm OD 7mm It is softer and attaches to washer nozzle firmly with no leakage . QUALITY TUBE
Good quality rubber tube,i replaced some old tube that had split,the new tube was much better and had a quality feel that an only be found in quality made English products,none of that Foreign rubbish used on modern cars,good old fashion rubber tube,that gives an odor of quality,i really liked the quality of the rubber and the blackness of the tube was of the quality i am used to seeing,it was darker than night,when cutting the rubber to the required length i found it was easy to measure and the knife simply cut through like butter,leaving a sharp quality cut,when the tube was connected to the washers i could instantly see the quality of the tube gave my car an upmarket look,and upon pressing the washer button the fluid had an improved spray which i can only put down to the quality of the rubber tube,in my opinion this is possibly the best rubber tube currently available on the market and i have no hesitation in recommending this quality tube to replace your not so good old tube,i hope my review helps you make the challenging decision i was up against when deciding to purchase rubber washer tube,as its a minefield out there and every little help we can get when deciding the correct washer tube is vital,good luck with your search.stay safe.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
