Very convenient!
Getting Shilajit out of a jar is messy and tricky. It works out wrote good value to take a couple of these tablets that taste like other Shilajit ... also you can give this to your dog or cat .. just sandwich it in meat or a treat. Another way I use this is to dissolve it and dilute in water for my plants! Shilajit is compatible with other herbals, especially ashwagandha. It amplifies the affect. So many great health benefits!!

Excellent and less messy to take. It's just the paste in tablet form.
If you have chronic pain or chronic illness I would suggest that you take double the dose daily as you'll get more benifit from this. I take a teaspoon or 2 tablets X3 daily and has helped me to walk without my wheelchair and helped me with motivation issues and chronic pain and fatigue. Takes about 2 weeks.. to see the results. Also no withdrawal symptoms if you run out for s few weeks

Is a superb product, one tablet gives you a boost of energy for the whole day. Normally I swallowed one on the empty stomach, first thing in the morning 20 minutes before I have breakfast. To me its 150% better and more beneficial than a cup coffee in the morning :-)
