A very good Bluetooth speaker with some minor flaws
Build quality is phenomenal in this device: it’s made of “aircraft-grade aluminum” which is Razer’s way of saying that it’s sturdy and can take its licks. Sound quality as well is just outstanding with a heavy focus on bass while not overpowering the lows and highs (listening to classical on this is just as great an experience as listening to electro to put it that way). Some of the design flourishes are hit-or-miss -such as the radar range noise when it’s in pairing mode- but they all hit for me and I can really appreciate the small details. It certainly has its flaws though: its use of a micro USB connector for instance (it was designed before the days of type-c connectors but now it just seems dated by this far inferior port), its rare but very annoying bug of not being able to pair for an extended period of time that can span anywhere from hours to a day or two, and its abominable microphone that hardly works period and when it does it just sounds like a garbled mess. All-in-all, if you’re looking for a great Bluetooth speaker it’s hard to go wrong with the Razer Leviathan Mini but just be aware that it isn’t a perfect device and some of its features are half-baked but where it counts it is the best in its weight class so-to-speak.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Unnecessarily expensive, does the job
Compared to conventional speakers, this sounds are more muffled while the bass is more pronounced. This may be equalized well for music that capitalizes on the bass notes, but the treble is often suppressed. Otherwise, the build quality is great. Android users, be wary, this speaker was designed with Apple devices in mind, because the volume up and down tones are the same tones used on Macintosh computers, but it works with any Bluetooth device in the end.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great compact design
