LE PHAR DU CAP BON HARISSA PASTE
This is a good quality Tunisian harissa paste I have bought twice from the same vendor. It is a smoother consistency than most North African and Mediterranean harissas but has a strong heat. The smoother consistency makes it more versatile in cooking and other culinary uses. The only downside is that the cans cannot be sealed once opened.
