Adaptable religious (or even former-) religious building
Bought this to "do what it says on the tin", i.e. to add in church grounds as a meeting room. But lack of space meant I had to move it elsewhere, so it's become a "railway mission" chapel. It could be a non-conformist (e.g. Methodist) chapel, and one could stick a cross on the outside to make it a (small) place of worship. On a modern layout it could have become a carpet showroom, or similar, or like I saw at Barmouth - a shop for buckets, spades, inflatables, etc.
