Hi. The fan has arrived. But it is broken. I'm not sure if it's broken in transportation. Propelli slid on the shaft and hit the hull and not rotate. Can du help me?

Was broken where you tie a bolt so I did become creative , but all and all is sounds like new , I think it’s fair for the price
