Great Pet Grooming Clippers
I had been using a human hair electric hair clipper on my dog and it was a waste of time. The dog looked terrible and it took me hours. When I bought this set I could finally cut my dogs hair properly. The head angle is just what you need. This is built for pets. These blades are made for the "fur" of a dog. It works well with no guide but (the 2nd time) when I started tapering the hair with the included guides my hair-cutting was looking quite professional. This is the right type of cutter for a pet. My dog is a Bichon Frise and it is just right for him. The kit comes with guides that really fit and a case that is worth keeping and using for all your pet hair cutting supplies. not for persian hair cat
I have an old kitty whose hair mats down to her skin, she is minimal touch and is difficult to groom. Due to thickness of mats, felted solid, the plastic attachments cant be used. The metal clipper gets quite hot , uncomfortable to my touch and in use will be against her skin, and it just doesnt do the job I needed.
