Bought at £39, this is fantastic value. Brilliant quality from Alpine and Pure, both top names in auto stereo and DAB technology respectively. I wired my unit into a hidden USB connection which I added behind the dash, this gives a completely wireless install which looks almost factory. It also keeps my cigarette lighter free for charging phones etc. Only slight gripe is that the display on the screen fades away very quickly and only returns when you communicate with the device, I guess this is a power saving feature as the wireless display is powered by two AA batteries. Would be nice to have an option to keep the display lit up, as the screen displays station, track info etc.

Product build quality is good. Instructions good. Reception is poor. Very poor. I can't drive for an hour without it losing the station but to be fair I'm not sure it's the unit. I can tune to another station and it'll be fine for another 15 mins. I don't get it. The renault trafic I had was DAB as standard and it never lost the signal ever. Only in tunnels.

We have a Ford KA 09 Plate and the set up was very easy. The product is good quality and even if you don’t have a 3.5 Aux out hole on your radio, you just set it to transmit on FM and then just find the Alpine by doing an automatic search. After that I had an extra 101 stations. The only downside is that the sticky pads for the cables aren’t the best so make sure you clean your surface properly and then let it dry by putting on the windscreen heater. I would then heat them up with the wind screen blower slightly to make the glue sticker. But other than that, it’s a great product and very easy to use and I am very happy with my purchase.

Amazing sound, be aware that the BT model looks similar, which I wanted but bought wrong one. Make sure you locate aerial where it needs to be as once stuck on that's it. Has an app feature I don't like, goes to set up and hangs for ages if no app on phone to talk to it That's a pain. Main unit uses two batteries, I've ran it for couple weeks on 12 HR work shifts and still ok on on first set. Found 76 channels within a few mins. Only a couple break up a bit all others perfect. Have to say apart from the app issue ( don't touch the button) it's worth the money.

Straightforward to install an works very well. Both DAB and Bluetooth streaming work well. Sound quality very good using FM transmit setting. Took a little over an hour to install including finding a hidden route for cables. Only slight criticism ,is that controller mount is a little flexible and moves when pushing buttons
