Usually reliable
Normally I love Rimmel but this eyeliner is either old stock or just doesn’t want to make any marks at all. Great point on this brush pen and I have tried them before and loved them. I’ve just been unlucky with this particular item. It’s not worth the hassle of returning it and I will try again - I do like Rimmel - just not working this time.
