Tai chi for slow learners
This is what I was looking for, a great teacher who takes you step by step though each movement. Great warm up too. As an over 60 there are plenty of these on the market,I have some, but Master Cris Pie starts at the beginning and keeps you on the correct course teaching each move correctly to be used at lessons, earning praise by my teacher.
