This Olympus Zuiko OM lens fits Olympus OM manual cameras. Features of this 35 mm-70 mm f/4 lens include an automatic, full-aperture metering diaphragm and a two-touch design. In addition, this Olympus camera lens accepts a 55 mm threaded filter to add an artistic touch to an image. Minimum photographic range for this Olympus camera lens is 48 cm by 72 cm at the 35 mm focal length and 25 cm by 37.5 cm at the 70 mm focal length. The distance scale is graduated in m from 0.75 m to infinity. An independent zooming ring allows users to get up close and personal with the subject and control the zoom for additional control. The diameter on this Olympus camera lens is 6.8 mm and length is 7.1 cm at the 70 mm setting. Furthermore, focussing with the Olympus Zuiko OM lens is done via the rotating helicoid focussing system. Not bad, still not perfect
If you search on the internet for "Olympus 35-70mm f/4" you will find a a website with a few very nice details about the 4 types of Olympus 35-70mm. Better than this f4 one is the 3.6, and there are still 2 more with interesting and promising specifications. Olympus 35-70mm f/4 is a good lens, it definitely worth trying it ! Olympus 35 to 70mm zuiko zoom lens for SLR cameras
Bought this lens, to use with my Canon 600d using an adapter for OM to EOS ,this lens was a great buy, and with the adapter it does the job just perfect. sharp focus, really smooth shutter change, an I see everything through the canon back screen thanks to AF confirm.
