Two phones of the same type were bought. One around 30th March, 2016 and the other one around 15th April, 2016. The item bought on 15th april with tracking number RR726925271GB is in very good condition. The item bought on 30th March 2016 having tracking number RR726923837GB is also working well except for the scratches especially on the front face. Thank god for key pads
There are not many phones left with key pads. This is for my mother who has no feeling in her fingers so can't cope with touch phones. Perfect for her. Only down side is you can't hook it up to your wifi unless you pay a monthly fee even on sim only deals. Blackberry does not allow it also won't run whats.App. But still an all round good phone if you need keys and still want the bigger screen. Very easy to use and sets up in seconds.
