very easy to use
Good monitor, sometimes the screen goes blank for a couple of seconds, not sure if it is surpose to do it or not but otherwise everything else about it is good. I do like how you can change the sensitivity so you do not hear so much background noise and it does not switch the screen on all the time. Battery life is not very long but is not really a problem as the charger cable is long so can be plugged in anywhere. Very easy to use.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

I bought this item and for the price it's not bad.. it's main downfalls are that the picture quality on the screen is very pixelated and you can't really make out any features of your baby's face, especially in the dark, although the night vision is good quality it still doesn't do the picture quality any justice, another downfall would be that the screen blacks out for around 3-4 seconds as if the monitor is rebooting.. overall the sound quality is very good and picks up even quiet noises that your baby is making.. the battery life also isn't very good but keeping It plugged in most of the time helped with this as if it had to be run off the mains anyway, very handy if you need to put the washing out and your baby is asleep so you can see them when you're not in the house..Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Terrible product
Battery life is shocking, literally lasts 30 mins on parent unit, so not good if u can't leave it plugged in, and you can't carry it around with you. Night vision is awful, can barely make baby out, and looks like their eyes are open, parent unit turns on mute without you knowing so if you are not able to hear your baby from where you are this is no good, parent unit screen blanks out all of the time, parent unit does not come with a stand so you have to set it flat, I had this monitor on for 1hr and the parent unit got very hot, which is very concerned and could be a fire hazard! Screen very small and poor image quality.
