The color television camcorder includes 0.75-inch pick up tubes as well as high tech circuit technology to offer smoother video recording quality. The Ikegami camcorder includes a microcomputer built-in. The microcomputer in the color television camcorder allows for self-diagnostics so that the Ikegami camcorder can easily be maintained and repaired. Further features of the Ikegami HL-79E video camera includes a sensitivity of 2000 lux, a 59 dB signal to noise ratio, and an output signal that meets the EIA standard RS-170A. To provide easier camera control, the Ikegami camcorder includes knee correction for aperture, RFI immunity, auto black and white balance, and a dual concentric filter wheel.
