Does what it says on the tin. I've had this type of nokia for years and years. You can drop them and they survive. Texting and calling is easy. The torch and reminders are great. I switched to an iPhone so would have a camera but it drove me insane! Can't understand why everyone has been sucked into them. One drop and they smash, yet the design is prone to being dropped. Ridiculous! Decided to treat myself to a new 'old' nokia of the same style as my previous one and am much happier! Get off your iPhone and get a nokia!

I bought this for the simple reason, I have an I-phone, and to be honest to make a simple phone call is chaos.no kidding?this wee phone has a great tone easy to dial numbers, you can have a ringtone like a phone ringing? As they do. Instead of daft tunes like the Lone Ranger, James Bond , no keep them I am hooked on this and will be for as long as it works.
This is the fourth Nokia 1100 I've bought, and won't be the last. I love them - its as simple as that. It sends and receives phonecalls and texts - that's all I want a phone to do. It's easy to use, and compact. A little heavier than a state-of-the-art phone, but not annoyingly so. I buy them from e-Bay, always unlocked, and either new or refurbished. Perfect!
