Best book of the Anna Pigeon series
I do not generally like or read many female writers but Nevada Barr is an exception. The first book I read was High Country and I really enjoyed it. Barr is a great descriptive writer and writes a great mystery book also. The Rope was a book I couldn’t put down. Since those two books I have read all of the Anna Pigeon series.
