I found that this product did make my teeth look visibly whiter, although the bleach was quite harsh on my gums so perhaps I won't do it for the advised 20 minutes. However, my teeth looked great after and the instructions were simple to follow. I would say use professional gum guards, as these ones were quite uncomfortable. For the price its ok.
For how much it is this product is ok. I have just used for the first time. My teeth are noticeably whiter.. however the gum shield is crap. It doesnt fit teeth properly meaning on some teeth parts whitened and some parts were missed so left the colour they were to start with. I feel like with an improved fit gum shield this priduct could work wonders at a great affordable price. Because it’s cheap most people take it at a loss and never follow up why it don’t work.
Gum shield melts and doesn’t form round the teeth properly. It isn’t big enough to cover all your teeth too. If you can’t get the shield to fit it’s not possible to evenly speed the bleach. I had a gum shield from my dentist so i used the bleach and it don’t work after two weeks. The proper stuff makes your teeth sensitive and you can see the difference in a week. Amazing and fast results!!!
After many years being a smoker and a coffee drinker and also being on mediation that effects your teeth, I've tried and spent a fortune on over the counter tooth pastes and mouth washes as well as teeth whitening strips which just slid around and didn't stay in place or did they make a difference. My partner brought me a electric toothbrush with a whitening head and speed which did help give a deeper clean but didn't replace the whiteness. I brought this kit on a whim and it's amazing I noticed the difference after the very first use. Def recommend and will be placing another order. My advice to any smoker or coffee drinker is to give this product a try. It's very well packaged and delivered well, comes with instructions but even without them it's very simple to use. Before use give your teeth a good clean and floss and when you use the whitening gel and whitening light you can actually feel your teeth tingle and after 20 minutes remove the light mouth piece and as you remove the moulded mouth guards you will actually see the teeth stains in the sink then just give your teeth another brush using toothpaste to remove any remaining whitening gel and maybe some mouth wash and your be amazed by the difference after just one use. Then just give the mouth guards and light a wash with warm water and dry ready for the next use. I would rate this product 10/10 For price 10/10 For Delivery 10/10 For results. Does make your teeth a little sensitive, though I found that after removing a ~certain ingredient~ from the formula it is only really good for removing stains from teeth; not lightening them significantly as old reviews state it did in the past. This kit seems to be actually working . I’ve tried several similar products which have had little or no effect, but this one definitely is proving to be considerably better .
